Refund Policy

Once an order has been placed through the site, confirmed by Windows Direct and sent to the receiever, the receiver will not be able to return the goods ordered, unless they are damaged in transit.

The onus is on the customer ordering to make sure that the goods ordered, dimensions, style, fittings and their quantities are indeed correct.

This is due to all our items being made to order. Windows Direct warrants that goods sold are in good order at the time of dispatch.

Should goods be received in a damaged condition, please contact us to make arrangements for the damaged goods to be replaced free of charge. Please inspect your goods on delivery for any damages and mark the damaged/missing products on the waybill from the courier company
